Corrigan Construction provided design-build services to completely redevelop 1.83 acres of an existing site to build the new Birch Run Express Shop. The project included site demolition, new fuel tanks, canopies, site utilities, paving, and curbing. The new 5,400 square foot retail building features a Dunkin Donuts.
