OU RIC Large Chamber
Consisting of the construction of a suite of rooms for a large radio frequency test chamber and new exterior overhead garage door for automobile entry into the existing high bay area of the building. The suite will also have a director’s office, shared office, conference room and IT room inside the large room.
Dermatology Specialists of Brighton
Renovation of an existing 6,055-square-foot lawn and garden space into a functional, modern dermatology office for Hamzavi Dermatology & Dermatology Specialty Group. The project transformed the existing space into a welcoming and efficient clinical environment designed to support both patient care and day-to-day medical operations.
Fred Astaire Dance Studio
Tenant renovations for a 3,000 square foot space to include updated finishes, electrical, and lighting.
B.A.S. Miller Building Renovation
Consisting of an interior renovation to an existing science room within the high school to accommodate a new preschool area.
Oakland University Katke Roof & Deck Replacement
New railings, composite decking, man door, with flat roof and roof paving system.
Pure Energy Window – Warehouse Addition
Addition of a 118′ x 110′ pre-engineered metal building.
Modernization of Monroe County Health Department
Interior renovations to modernize the lobby, administrative, clinical spaces, and staff and public restrooms.
Genesee County Jail
Guardrail installation in prisoner areas across four levels.
775 Office Facade
Design and programming services of complete renovation including new curtain wall facade.
Brownstown Community Center
Renovation and addition to existing building.
SKLD of West Bloomfield – Dialysis Den
Project consists of creating a home dialysis den from a portion of existing physical therapy rooms. Construct new walls, ceilings, and install new cabinetry and equipment. The renovated area will have new or improved electrical wiring/lighting, HVAC systems, plumbing, finished, doors and hardware, etc.
Charyl Stockwell Academy Middle School Interior Renovation – 1st Floor
Renovation to first floor of Middle School to allow additional door passage and construct wall to divide space.
Oakland University Golf Course Storage Building
Pre-Engineered Timber Construction building, to include aggregate bins, fueling pad and tanks for Oakland University Golf Course grounds crew.
D&R Excavating
A warehouse renovation that encompassed the addition of multiple office spaces, a comfortable break room, and modern restrooms. Furthermore, a comprehensive ventilation system was installed to cover the warehouse spaces within the building.
Brighton Education Community Center (B.E.C.C.)
This building is undergoing a comprehensive renovation project, including the remodeling of 7 classrooms, replacement of windows, and upgrading of the HVAC system. In addition, multiple interior enhancements are being implemented throughout the building to create a more conducive environment for students.
TG Fluids
Initiation of a two-phased project that involved the replacement of concrete in the parking lot, loading dock, and sidewalks. Additionally, we reworked the ADA-compliant sidewalks and parking spots to ensure the safety and accessibility of these areas.
Medilodge of Grand Rapids
Renovation of 91 resident rooms and common areas, including refurbishment of living spaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and recreational areas to improve overall comfort and aesthetics.
Canopy Addition at the Waldron Center
The project involves installing a bus canopy at the current education building, along with the addition of new ramps, a play area, a cedar gazebo, privacy fencing, and landscaping.
CMC Office Renovation
Renovation of the Corrigan Mechanical Contractor space involved updating the flooring, painting the walls, installing new bathroom partitions, and setting up new office workstations.
Milan Gas Station
Renovation of the fueling station and the 1,849-square-foot retail store includes new flooring, fresh paint, and updates to the restrooms.
